Aww shucks....now I'm going to get all shy heehee! Thanks though. *deepbow* I'm truly honoured. Ok this calls for a bit of a novel :dance: A bit about me for those of you still saying Yva who? I've been playing video games online since Quake I came out in 1996. I used to play a few first person shooters competativly and got really heavily into designing custom levels. But now I only play SWG, which I have been playing since July 2003 (pretty much pick a faction, race, profession and I've been there and done that.) I really like the game although I acknowledge it has some...shall we say....issues. SancTuarY FTW! We are all extremely fortunate to be part of this guild. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Astrus & Veto for laying the groundwork and to Shawkorrr and all the admins current & past for adding to our experience. And of course we need to thank ourselves. This guild wouldn't be what it is without all of us being here and I hope you all realise that you don't need a tag or a title to make a difference or contribute or be a valuable member. As always, feel free to contact any of my alts (see signature) in-game or send Yva a forum PM if you need anything or just want to chat about the weather.

We play this letter game at work when we get bored, emailing it to differnt people we know. We had I think 40 people playing this on Friday hehee just don't tell our boss :o Change one letter of the word and see who get's stuck and can't continue. Rules: (1) English only (or whatever language we agree on) (2) Cannot add or remove letters (3) Don't repeat words (4) Letters may be in any order Example: "cat" replace the "c" with a "b", reorder the letters and you can make "tab". yeah well you know how it is, they can't be important in the game for doing something posative (because we know exactly how 'capable' they are in-game') so they take the thug approach. Have to be careful not to give them too much attention because that would be a victory to their side. May a lack of feedback can sometimes starve their inflated egos. Yeah I support a ban of them from anyplace we can ban them but after that I say we just leave them be and mention their name no more. It's sad really that you have people that start off as your freinds and then they just end up being so....awful... to other people in game. *has a cultural anthropologist moment* If you reallllly want to see what people are like, don't judge them how they are to their freinds because that's the easy part. See how they treat the people they don't like, it shows their mettle more :angry:

And apparently you can afk parts of the DWB. I've (sadly) reformed my AFK ways though and I only play while at keyboard so I'm not sure how they manage this.

I agree Mav. Its good that the technology is improving but it's bad for those of us who are trying to keep up with it (and are on a budget) But *drool* that is niiiice!!!!!!!!!!

Well really nobody here cares too much what you look like in the respect that this isn't a fashion show. In-game yes we will make fun of your toon if it looks like it dressed itself in the dark :P If you are uncomfortable posting up pics of yourself them umm don't post pics of yourself. I have to really recommend against faking a pic of yourself though as it causes way too much drama.

I got the high *butt* electric bill thing going on I am sure. It's been 108 outside for days now and I set the AC at 80 lol That's not even cold but I just don't want this stuff here to melt to the carpet. Other than that, I manage to look inconspicupously not gangsta. I'm undercover :P

lol Speaking of no social life, the people who run that website fit into that category too. I think it's done in jest but still lol that's funny.
