As the title implies, I'm looking to set up a go bag or grab and go bag however you want to word it........ but I also think it would be a nice resource for others who want to travel and game
My criteria are simple
1. it needs to be sized to be carry-on for a plane ( backpack or briefcase type size)
2. Light and mobile enough that I want to take it with me ( if too heavy nobody will enjoy taking it so it will be left home )
3. Easy to setup and usage also teardown and pack
My laptop is a ROG Strix so that's my base that I'm starting with
@Yurizot yes the skunk was for skunkworks and I was also at SpaceX. I was at both as a 3rd party vendor. My new job let's me visit many different companies

That's not a bad price at 1399 in-store but should I be scared
@Yva Xorna I love the for dummies books

I'm thinking I want to make flash cards and maybe a reference list for commands like
cin = user input from consoles and cout = print text in consoles type thing
I can honestly say with what I do some of the programming will get very complicated
Like having a 3 way switch on a remote control and depending on how the switch is set will have the machine function differently
cout << "I think this C++ syntax is going to fry my brain!!!!!" << endl;
I'm sure this is just like learning any other language just needs to be repetitive till it sticks
I'm starting the crazy journey to learn C++ or at least the basics. Currently skill level is zero
So any help I could get from people with more knowledge then me would be greatly appreciated
I know at some point with my job I may have to understand enough to troubleshoot something
Lol not sure about laptops but I have built a few desktops with ROG boards and never had an issue with them.
Was thinking about them .... would have done an original alienware before Dell bought them... not sure a Dell in a fancy wrapper is quite the same thing
