As the title says I'm looking for a Laptop for work/play and needs to be able to fit in a backpack / transportable as I could be jumping a plane at a moment's notice.( national and international) I have never been a fan of laptops so they are a little bit out of my area of expertise. What is a good brand? What should I look for? Who should I avoid like a plague? Any help to point me in the right direction is welcomed

Hello @Anamander_Rake Nice to meet you. I usually chat to people in Mumble. You should try showing up during one of the Space Bujutsu training sessions as there are more people usually on then. A lot of people work and/or are in the "wrong" time zone. Saturdays are usually good too.

Hello. New here ... maybe. I see you use mumble (jumped in, no one there) and no discord. Is the bulk of discourse through in game chat? How does it work? If you're against discord, why not Guilded?
