That's what I do as a mental palate cleanser between work and school is giggle over celebrity "news". Anyway, it lists 12 myths about us gamers and offers some rebuttals and cites sources as to why these are myths and not facts. The myths explored are as follows: 1.Video games are addictive. 2.Consoles are over. 3.Game mods are new. 4.Gamers are basically all guys. [This one, in particular, made me smile-Yva] 5.Video games aren't expensive to make. 6.You don't need a degree to make video games. 7.It's fun to make them. 8.It's fun to test them. 9.They make you more violent. 10.Video games make you dumber. 11.Video games turn your body into jelly. 12.Video games make you less social.
