Sanctuary of Wanderhome’s Alliance Application Form

We are honored that you are considering Sanctuary of Wanderhome as your ally. If your organization wishes to become allies with S.o.W. then you are at the right place. Please be sure to thoroughly read through everything in this alliance application form and answer all questions truthfully. This form will help us and yourself decide if we would make great allies.

Once your alliance application has been submitted the S.o.W. leadership will thoroughly review it and will get back to you as soon as possible, through Spectrum Private Messages, with the result of our alliance application review.

Why it is beneficial to ally with Sanctuary of Wanderhome?

Loyalty and respect is something that is embedded in our organization’s culture as shown in ‘Our History’ video..
We train our combat pilots 6/7 days of the week. As well as having proved ourselves in the use of war strategies and tactics.
Known for excellence on the marketplaces in any game that we’ve played during our 15 years as an organization.
Our community is more than just another gaming group, at Sanctuary of Wanderhome we form bonds and friendships lasting decades. In Star Citizen we take a hardcore approach because we know how much there is to lose.
Our leadership comes from a background of academically accomplished, producers, editors, coders, counselors and engineers. With several masters degrees, Mensa achievements and humanitarian awards between our Executive and Chairman level leadership.
We are very experienced in alliance leadership and military organization in games that have inspired Chris Roberts vision for Star Citizen (see Our History)
We are a resilient organization that has survived over 17 coup d'états. So you have far less of a problem worrying about instability within our ranks mucking up the alliance.

Desired Prerequisites

Sanctuary of Wanderhome does have desired prerequisites when considering allying with another org or joining an alliance. These desired prerequisites are in place to ensure that the strongest possible alliance can be formed. Afterwards you will need to fill out a in depth question section.

To show you are dedicated to growing your organization you must have acquired at least 50 active members (non affiliates) to register as an ally with us.
Only under very special circumstances will we ally with an org/aliance that has less than 50 members but 9 times out of 10, if asked, we will not be able to make that sacrifice.
Ensure that you have seen our primary videos that go into detail about who Sanctuary of Wanderhome is and what we plan to do. Message to our citizens and Our History.
Any allies (def. Non-Sanctuary of Wanderhome member) joining our voice communication will need to agree to a set of guidelines and will have limited access to our channels. When being active in mumble your corporation or alliance leaders will be given the rank a special rank “[A]” with unique permissions so people can easily identify you as soon as you enter our voice comms server.
Any allies joining our voice comms servers will be expected to understand and abide by the guidelines our membership does.
Sanctuary of Wanderhome respects roleplaying organizations, but official alliance business will need to be conducted without roleplay.
All communications will be in English. Sanctuary of Wanderhome is a multinational organization, but all of our members primarily speak English.
Designate your representative(s) that will be conducting official alliance business with our leaders if an alliance is formed.
Understand that being an ally of Sanctuary of Wanderhome, does not provide you full access to all information, events and goings on within Sanctuary of Wanderhome.
We will always have NTKB information that is sensitive. While we give full respect to our allies there is a level of privacy that we will need in order to operate comfortably within an alliance.
Sanctuary of Wanderhome will not be forming alliances with the following types of organizations.
- Organizations primarily made of people under 18 years of age.
- Organizations that participate in random “PVP piracy”.
- Organizations who have a validated history of breaking rules of an alliance they are in, have been in, or other agreements made between them and other allied organizations.
- Organizations that participate in any form of cheating or consistent EULA rule breaking in Star Citizen.

The social, diplomatic and martial environment of Star Citizen will require that organizations cultivate trustworthy, long lasting relationships with active and respect worthy peers.

We ask this question to gauge how this may affect our relationships with the broader Star Citizen community but may not hold as much weight in our decision as the question may imply.
Provide a list of the organizations you have been at war with in the past, who won and why? Required

Please give as much detail as possible. If you are filling this out during the pre-launch phase of Star Citizen, if possible, please give us details on wars your Star Citizen org has been involved with in previous games.
What is your policy on sharing information and intelligence with allies? Required
What is the rate in which you lose and gain members on a monthly basis? Required

Most organizations do not keep track of these numbers. However those that do keep track may feel these numbers are sensitive. If these numbers are provided to us only the Executive level members will see them and we will keep them private if you desire.
Have you ever recruited members, to your organization, directly from Sanctuary of Wanderhome? Required
What is your organization’s policy on roleplaying and do you and your members roleplay? Required
Are you willing to communicate with our organization in a non-roleplay manner if requested? Required

There will be times where a more serious tone may need to be taken that is outside he realm of roleplay (ie wartime). Being flexible with your allies in this regard may help to better communicate and stay as efficient and effective as possible.
